What is the First 90 Days?
I've spent the last several months going door to door across all nine districts of Coffee County. What I heard wasn't abstract — residents want to know their tax dollars are accounted for, their calls get returned, their roads and buildings are maintained, and their land rights are respected. They want a mayor who shows up.
The First 90 Days plan is my answer to that. It is not a wish list. Each of the 64 actions below is grounded in what the mayor of Coffee County has the legal authority to do — from Day 1 executive decisions I can make alone, to proposals I will bring to your commissioners, to meetings I will convene with state and federal partners.
Five pillars, each building on the last: get the books open, capture the revenue we're leaving on the table, keep the door open to every constituent, bring every partner to one table, and put the planning tools in place that Coffee County has never had. That's the work. Sleeves up.
